Is this your 1st time? Don’t worry; we understand you might be panicky! That’s why we’ve prepared this easy-to-use “how to” section that will guide you through the process and have that Stickaroo up in no time at all! Let’s go!
STEP 1: PREPARATION IS IMPORTANT
Before you go wild you’ll need to prepare the surface. Get a cloth from the scullery and wipe the surface thoroughly. This will ensure that your Stickaroo has a nice, clean spot on the wall!
Newly painted walls should cure for 2-3 weeks before applying your Stickaroo.
STEP 2: VISUALIZE & CONCEPTUALIZE
Stick and behold…or not quite. Plan your design by taping the stickers onto your desired wall without removing the backing tape. This will give you a better idea of where to start.
STEP 3: TIME TO GET DOWN
Place your sticker on a hard surface, a table would do fine. Start by rubbing the sticker with your hand, a squeegee, credit card, etc… This will transfer the sticker to the transfer tape.
STEP 4: ROLLING CAN BE FUN
Start by slowly removing the backing paper of your Stickaroo. In the case of fine details not transferring; simply roll back and repress…until done.
STEP 5: STICK-A-ROO!
Now it’s time to Stick-a-roo! Carefully place your Stickaroo on the desired surface. Next, even one side onto the surface first, to avoid your Stickaroo from wrinkling or making bubbles. Now continue to firmly smooth the rest of the Stickaroo to the surface. If your Stickaroo is huge, ask a buddy to help!
STEP 6: REPEAT STEP 4
With your Stickaroo now proudly stuck to its new surface, start by slowly removing the application tape. Pick a corner and start by slowly pealing the tape. In case some detail sticks to tape, simply roll back, repress and continue to remove the application tape…one day at a time…one day at a time (in other words: SLOWLY).
STEP 7: BEHOLD AND ADMIRE
Behold! You did it! You are now the proud owner of a kick ass Stickaroo. Your friends are going to be so jealous!
In case of small bubbles appearing after application, use a thumbtack or thin, sharp object to prick the Stickaroo a few times and smooth out with your hand
